Reflection

September teaches us to express gratitude for the gifts and lessons we have received along our spiritual journey. By acknowledging and appreciating the blessings in our lives, we open ourselves up to even more abundance and joy. We now reflect on our bountiful Summer, as we begin our journey into Autumn. Leaves change colour and life begins to go dormant, so we follow suit. Though we may not spend as much time outside, the time for socializing and celebration begins within our homes. Transitional periods help recalibrate and assess what’s serving our greatest good and for a time of change within ourselves.
