Shervin Hirbod

Shervin Hirbod, formerly of Iran) peacefully, on 23rd November, 2025. Predeceased by his father Manouchehr Hirbod.

Shervin will be deeply missed by his heart broken wife Alison (née Brennan) daughter Taylor-Rea and sons Nathan-John and Darragh and his mother Pervaneh Rahmani.

Sadly missed by his brother and sisters, parents-in-law Bernadette and John Brennan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, good neighbours and a wide circle of friends in Kilkenny, Iran and abroad.

Reflection

November is a time for remembering and praying for our loved ones who have gone before us and whose loss we feel. It is a time when we are particularly conscious of those in our parishes who are grieving and all those families who have lost loved ones in the past year. There are different ways we can call to mind our loved ones who have died. We can pray for them, attend Mass, visit their graves and have hope that Jesus gives us through his death and Resurrection. You are invited to write the names of your dead and leave them in the sacred space in the Sanctuary. All our departed will be remembered at our Masses during this month of November.
